It is important to know a little bit about your celebrant - especially if I’m about to play a role on your special day!

Originally from northern Victoria, I  now live in East Geelong.

I am married and we have three children, two daughters and a son.  As a qualified social worker of over 20 years, I’ve worked in Australia and overseas. I have varied loves including being with my family, socialising with friends and meeting with my local book club. My efforts to keep fit could always do with some improving but I do enjoy walking, yoga and pilates.

In summary, I love life and love all this region has to offer!

It was my own engagement and subsequent wedding in Barwon Heads that inspired me to train and register as a marriage celebrant. The realisation that I love weddings, babies and celebrations in general affirmed with me this path would be a deeply rewarding one. I undertook my studies with the Academy of Celebrancy and I am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants. I deeply admire and value the significant and precious role a celebrant can play.
